Pre-Cleaner and Disinfectant for Medical Instruments and Endoscopes

• Designed for cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments and endoscopes.
• Suitable for various medical devices and equipment such as polystyrene, stainless steel, PVC, acrylic, polycarbonate, ceramic, ABS, silicone, HDPE, rubber, glass.
• It can be used daily according to the contamination status of the solution.

Composition:

Bis (3-aminopropyl) dodecylamine, didecyldimethylam monium chloride, benzalconium chloride, corrosion inhibi tors, auxiliary substances

Microbiological Activtiy:

Bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal, tuberculocidal activity in 15 minutes at 0.5% concentration.

Usage:

After dilution to the appropriate concentration, it is filled into a clean and closed container.

• The instrument is immersed in the container so that its surface and all cavities are filled.
• The container is closed.
• Wait for the duration of action to complete, then rinse the products with sterile or distilled water.
• The solution taken into the container can be used daily (for 24 hours) according to the pollution status.
• Its effectiveness is checked every day with test strips, the solution is renewed if it does not give the active colour changes on the strip box.

Hydrogen Peroxide Based Floor and Surface Disinfectant

• It is a concentrated product. Phenol and aldehyde free.
• It shows effectiveness in a short time with low amount of hydrogen peroxide after dilution. It is safe for patients, healthcare workers, surfaces and the environment thanks to its active ingredients that easily decompose into oxygen and water.
• Material compatibility is high. Suitable for use on surfaces and equipment made of polystyrene, stainless steel, PVC, polycarbonate, ceramic, ABS, silicone, HDPE, rubber, glass.

Composition:

14% hydrogen peroxide, 2.9% organic acid

Microbiological Activity:

It shows bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal, tuberculocidal, sporicidal activity.

Usage:

A sufficient amount of disinfectant is taken from the appropriate dosing apparatus, and application is made with the cleaning tool as floor and surface disinfectant.

• It is used for cleaning and disinfection of medical devices such as aerators, dental units and intensive care units.

Usage:

• The product is concentrated. The solution is prepared at intended concetration by having sufficient amount from appropriate dosage unit.
• It is applied to the device by convering all of it by wiping method.

Maintenance Spray for Surgical Instruments and Aerator Heads

• It is a ready-to-use product.
• Prevents the adhesion of dirt (such as water vapour stains, betadine and protein stains) formed on the surgical instrument surface as a result of high temperature and chemical reaction.
• Gives a shiny and clean appearance.
• It forms a protective layer on dental surgical instruments that reduces the adhesion of chemicals such as cement, alginate, zinc oxide, carboxylate and phosphate etc.
• It ensures that the aerator heads are cleaned of dirt adhering to the inside of the turbine ducts with high pressure air and remain oily even if they come into contact with water.
• It does not prevent sterilization as it does not contain silicone and derivatives. Contains medical paraffin oils resistant to high temperatures (200°C).

Usage:

• Use in Surgical Hand İnstruments:

The cleaning and disinfection process is finished, ready for sterilization process, spread on a flat surface, surgical instruments are spread thoroughly by spraying from a certain distance without the extension hose of the sprayer. Use an extension hose, especially for loose parts. After making sure that the spraying is done thoroughly, a function test is carried out on the loose parts and it is ensured that it penetrates deeper. Then the sterilization process is started.

• Use in Endoscopes and Aerator Heads:

For endoscopes and aerator heads, an extension hose is attached to the end of the spray valve and the spray is sprayed directly onto the moving parts and rotating threaded parts sufficiently. In this case, it is operated once for a function test and after it is seen that it is completely lubricated, the use of the instruments is continued.

Usage:

• The dispenser body is placed on the wall and the mounting process is completed by using the screws included in the box.
• Dispenser arm and dropper parts are attached. The dispenser is ready for use.
