On 9 November 2024 at The Plaza Hotel in Tirana, Bi Medical and Anka International jointly organised the hands-on training programme “Contemporary Endodontics with Rotary Instruments.”
Led by Prof. Dr. Özgür Uzun, the programme focused on current clinical approaches in endodontics and the use of rotary instruments in modern root canal treatments. Its main objective was to expand participants’ knowledge of contemporary endodontic methods, demonstrate the correct and safe use of rotary systems, and develop practical skills that could be applied in everyday clinical practice.
The theoretical part of the programme covered the operating principles of rotary instrument systems, appropriate case selection, canal-shaping techniques and the key considerations required for successful endodontic treatment. Current scientific knowledge was presented through clinical experience and relevant case examples.
During the hands-on session, participants had the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge directly and improve their working techniques with rotary instruments. This created a comprehensive and productive learning environment in which scientific knowledge was combined with clinical practice.
Bi Medical was also present at the training with its exhibition stand. We had the opportunity to introduce our products, technologies and clinical solutions for endodontics and modern dentistry to the participating dental professionals. Through direct discussions with the attendees, we shared information about product applications, technical features and the solutions offered for different clinical needs.
