Held on 23–24 May 2025 at Hotel Dukagjini in Peja, OrthoCongress 9 brought together orthodontic specialists, academics and dental professionals from Kosovo and various other countries.
Bi Medical provided corporate support to this important scientific event, organised by the Kosovo Association of Orthodontists – Shoqata e Ortodontëve të Kosovës, and participated with its stand in the congress exhibition area.
The two-day congress addressed the latest scientific developments in orthodontics, modern diagnostic and treatment approaches, and innovations shaping contemporary clinical practice. Featuring both local and international speakers, the programme enabled experts from different countries to share their knowledge and professional experience with healthcare professionals in Kosovo.
The congress programme covered a wide range of current topics, from orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning to digital orthodontics, TAD applications, MARPE expanders, temporomandibular joint approaches and the assessment of malocclusions. Important areas of contemporary orthodontics, including orthognathic surgery, orthodontic approaches to sleep apnoea, facial aesthetics, skeletal growth patterns and digital planning, were also discussed.
Among the local and international speakers were Prof. Dr. Moschos Papadopoulos, Dr. Aiman Obeid, Dr. Jassin Arnold and Dr. Can-Florian Keleş, who shared their scientific expertise and clinical experience with the participants. The lectures, professional discussions and case-based presentations gave attendees the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of current approaches in orthodontics.
At the Bi Medical stand in the exhibition area, we presented our products, technologies and innovative clinical solutions for orthodontics and modern dentistry. Through direct meetings with orthodontists, dentists and industry professionals, we shared information about product applications, technical features and the solutions offered for a variety of clinical needs.
